After you send the form, we call back to set up the walk-through. Expect a few questions: how old the current system is, whether the house has ducts, which rooms run hot or damp, and how close the outdoor unit sits to the water. Many Malibu streets are gated or under an HOA, so tell us about gate codes and any condenser placement rules for your address. The visit ends with equipment options and a written estimate, and the permit comes after you choose.
